We offer a highly personable management service to both our landlord and freehold clients ensuring their properties are maintained to the highest standards.
When tenants or lessees report maintenance issues to our office we attend all reported incidents taking first hand observations and for minor matters where ever possible we will try to find a remedy ourselves saving our clients sometimes expensive and unnecessary call-out charges.
Our tenants have an out of hours telephone hotline service which is provided 365 days of the year. This gives our clients complete peace of mind in the knowledge that we can deal with any given circumstance whether it be a minor situation or something requiring emergency specialist trades.
For block management our duties include annual budgeting, the apportioning and collection of service charges and ground rents. The organising of general repairs and service contracts. We ensure that all properties are maintained to meet current legislation for health and safety, and that fire safety legislation and buildings insurance obligations are all adhered to.
