We strive to offer the highest level of service to our clients. Our objectives are threefold.

Firstly and high on our agenda is to maximise the rental income potential. We will advise with regards to valuation and wherever possible we will make recommendations as to how to achieve full market rent.

Secondly when introducing prospective tenants we make every effort to only place suitable individuals. All applicants are vetted by an independent company who verify the applicant’s financial capabilities, credit history, employment status and any past tenancy records. References are also sought from previous landlords and employers.

Thirdly we take every measure possible to ensure that the properties we manage are protected through high quality inventory reports both at the start and at the end of the tenancy. Our independent inventory agencies take great care in producing reports with photographic evidence. These reports are inspected and signed by the tenants so should any dispute arise at the end of the tenancy everything is fully documented in order to achieve a fair conclusion.

Deposit Handling

Legislation affecting tenancy deposits came into force in April 2007. All Assured Shorthold Tenancy deposits now have to be registered and held by one of the three Government accredited tenancy deposit protection schemes. MacArthur Morrison are registered with The Deposit Protection Service.

Property Maintenance

We provide quotations for repair/maintenance works for landlord approval. Contractors are paid by us and such expenditures are deducted from the rental income which is documented in our monthly rent account statements.
